With Trinidad being only an hour’s drive away, most visitors to Sancti Spiritus arrive on a day trip.

For those visitors who wish to overnight in Sancti Spiritus, there are three hotel options, all located in the town centre and all run by the same company. The Hostal del Rijo, Hotel Don Florencio and Hotel Plaza are all simple, charming, heritage-style hotels that offer a comfortable base in town. There is little to choose between the first two hotels while the Plaza is slightly more rustic.

Sancti Spiritus is home to a good selection of casa particulars, all located within a short walking distance of the central square.
