Autentica Pergola is a charming and atmospheric casa particular located slap bang in the heart of Santa Clara.

One of our favourite casa particulares anywhere in Cuba, there are a number of features that really make Autentica Pergola stand out from the crowd.
The building itself is a handsome, colonial-era mansion, located on a popular street just a short walk from Parque Vidal.
The minute guests walk through the sturdy, wooden front door they will immediately be bowled over by the elegant lounge that wouldn’t look out of place in a museum dedicated to the city’s colonial past.
Beyond this lounge is a beautiful, open-air courtyard garden awash with tropical plants and cooling fountains.
The five bedrooms are located alongside this peaceful courtyard and, although not luxurious in any way, they are all clean, comfortable and boast lovely tiled floors.
Ascending to the open-top roof, there is plenty of seating for those wishing to relax with a good book.
This rooftop setting is also the location for Autentica Pergola’s in-house bar and restaurant which serves up some of the best cuisine in Santa Clara.
