A holiday guide on travel to and within Guatemala

Before you can make any plans for exploring Guatemala you first need to get there, so the first item (see below) in our Guatemala Travel Plans menu is all about flight options.

That said, there is no requirement for clients to book their flights to Guatemala with us, so, if you prefer to make your own arrangements, we are more than happy to simply take care of your plans once you arrive.

At present, all our travel plans in Guatemala are undertaken on the basis of private tours, further details of which can be found by clicking here or from the Tours option on the menu below.

If you’re looking to make this tour something special, there are now enough luxury hotels spread out across the country for Guatemala to be considered as a genuine luxury holiday destination.

For the same reason, although not generally thought of as a honeymoon destination, adventurous couples after something a little bit different will find that Guatemala offers a wonderful combination of romance and adventure.

And for those couples whose honeymoon is but a distant memory, Guatemala is also a great family holiday option.

Aside from these general, Travel Plans pages, if you simply want to get an idea as to the sort of tours that we can arrange, head on over to our Itineraries page where we have a small selection of sample ideas.

For more information on the various locations that these suggested itineraries visit, please visit our Destinations section or, for information on our featured hotels, go to our Accommodation pages.

Last, but not least in the travel planning stage, you’ll want to know when is the best time to visit Guatemala.
