Despite its name, the Angsana Cayo Santa Maria is actually located on the nearby island of Cayo Las Brujas.
Opened in 2018, and smaller than the majority of beach hotels in Cuba, the Angsana Cayo Santa Maria is an Adult Only, All Inclusive hotel enjoying a beautiful 200 metre, private stretch of beach.
Facilities at the hotel include 2 swimming pools, a well equipped fitness centre, Angsana Spa, watersports centre, tennis court, gallery and even its own marine lab.
Free wifi is available throughout the hotel although speed and reliability can be patchy throughout Cuba.
Dining options include a poolside snack bar, Cuban bbq, main buffet restaurant and evening a la carte dining. A wide choice of wines, cocktails and soft drinks are also available both by the beach and pool as well as at the Jazz bar and 24hr lobby bar.
Included in the price are all meals and snacks, all local and selected international drinks 24hrs a day, non-motorised watersports, various land-based activities and evening entertainment.
In total, the Angsana Cayo Santa Maria features some 252 rooms split between a number of categories: All rooms categories are bright, colourful and spacious with a terrace or balcony and the option to pre-book a seaview room.
