Right in the historic heart of Baracoa, the Hostal 1511 is a small, characterful hotel that offers a convenient and comfortable base from which to explore the town.
Just a stone’s throw from the hotel is the church of Our Lady of the Ascension, home to the “Cruz de Parra”, that was left in Baracoa by no less than Christopher Columbus himself.
Housed in an attractive colonial building, facilities at Hostal 1511 are limited to a bar while the hotel’s 15 rooms are functional if nothing else.
