In truth, the hotel really doesn’t fit any of the stereotypes of an All-Inclusive hotel. For a starter, it’s located on the tiny, slightly BoHo island of Isla Mujeres which bears little resemblance to the distant towering hotels of Cancun. It’s also one of the smallest beachfront hotels anywhere in the region.

The Zoetry Villa Rolandi boasts its own private pier, located with the Makax lagoon. Indeed, part of the appeal of the hotel is its setting, with the beach and seaviews at the front and the lagoon behind combining to give the property a very private, exclusive feel.

Despite its limited size, the hotel certainly doesn’t lack in terms of facilities with two restaurants, swimming pool, spa and watersports facilities.

There are just 35 rooms in total, all oceanfront suites with large, private terrace, interior seating area, large bathroom with luxury amenities, fine quality linens, wifi, thrice daily maid service and other, additional benefits.
