Mystique Trinidad La Popa

The hotel takes its name from the historic Iglesia de Popa, considered the oldest church in Cuba and situated right alongside the hotel.

After years in development (during which it was known as Pansea Trinidad), the Mystique Trinidad La Popa provides this beautiful UNESCO World Heritage town with a much needed boost to its still very limited accommodation options.

Stylistically, the Mystique Trinidad La Popa has been designed to reflect Trinidad’s colonial heritage while evoking the style of a traditional, rural hacienda as found in the nearby Valley of the Sugar Mills.

The town of Trinidad, with its multiple bars, restaurants and live music venues is an easy 10 minute walk from the hotel while the beaches of Playa Ancon are approximately 15 minutes away by car.

With its hillside location, the Mystique Trinidad La Popa also boasts some of the best views of any hotel in Cuba, directly overlooking the town of Trinidad to the front and with the majestic Escambray Mountains behind.
